What it is.

KAIzen Consult is an AI-powered automation consultancy founded in Barcelona, specializing in industrial and service SMEs. We build systems that clients own and operate—without per-user licenses.

We come from industry, not software: decades in industrial operations, Lean, reengineering, and B2B sales, in Spain and Asia. That's why the order is always the same: process first, then code.

Elena Hernando Cánovas — Founder

Experience in industrial purchasing and sales, continuous improvement, and B2B business development, with international experience in China and EU, and in launching operations in Spain for international technology firms. Founder of KAIzen Consult and the recruitment consultancy VÍNCULO.

Processes before code. We map and redesign the process before automating anything.
Owned systems. Open tools that the client owns and operates. No per-user licenses or vendor lock-in.
We use what we sell. Our own customer acquisition works with the same agents we build for them.

Where and with whom.

Based in Barcelona, with a focus on the Catalan industrial sector—Baix Llobregat and the metropolitan area—and working in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
