KAIzen Consult is an AI-powered automation consultancy founded in Barcelona, specializing in industrial and service SMEs. We build systems that clients own and operate—without per-user licenses.
We come from industry, not software: decades in industrial operations, Lean, reengineering, and B2B sales, in Spain and Asia. That's why the order is always the same: process first, then code.

Professional background in industrial operations, continuous improvement, and B2B business development, with international experience in China, Hong Kong, and India, and in launching operations in Spain for international technology firms. Founder of KAIzen Consult and the executive search consultancy VÍNCULO.
