How much does it cost to know if an idea will work?

Before investing in a system, we build a test version with agreed-upon success criteria, a minimum version timeframe of several weeks, and a data-driven decision. If it works, it becomes the foundation of the final system. If not, you discard the idea based on data and minimal investment.

The Problem

Do any of these situations sound familiar?

"We requested three quotes and received three different tools."

Each supplier sells their product; none of them start with the process.

"The latest digitization project ended up as a report."

Months of meetings, a document with recommendations, and no system in production.

"A tender requires us to demonstrate a capacity that we do not have in place."

The requirement is specific and the timeframe does not allow for a traditional development.
The solution

What the assistant does for you, every day

We build the minimum viable version in weeks

  1. We translate the idea into a concrete flow and a quantifiable figure

A working session on the actual process: who does what, with what systems, where time or margin is lost. We leave with the idea transformed into a visual flow diagram and an estimate of what it saves or generates if it works.
  2. We agree on the success criteria before building

What the test has to demonstrate and what metric it's measured with: response time, classification accuracy rate, hours freed up, reports generated. This is established in writing before starting. Without prior criteria, any test "passes".
  3. With tools we already use in production, testing in parallel with the current process without affecting operations.

    You decide based on results

Scale: the test is expanded, not rewritten, because it was designed with the final system architecture. Adjust: what the data indicates is corrected, and the measurement is repeated. Discard: the idea doesn't work, and you've known this in weeks, not after a year-long project.

Who is it for?

Risk-free AI, step by step

Industrial and service SMEs with ideas awaiting validation, pressure to "do something with AI" without independent criteria at hand, or a client requirement or tender with a short deadline. It's for those who prefer to commit budget in phases, with validation between each phase.

Method:

Mapping the actual process before configuring anything; written success criteria; POC architecture designed to scale to production without rewriting; documented, proprietary delivery on the client's infrastructure.

Stack:

n8n self-hosted · Airtable or standard database · LLM only where it contributes (classification, extraction, controlled generation) · RAG on its own documentation.

Real-world examples

  • Fleet management for a public tender: relational model (vehicles, services, inspections, replacements) with automatic alerts and reports aligned with the six annexes of the tender, built in a single sprint. Scalable to ~300 vehicles/month with ~€40/month of infrastructure.
  • Go-to-market strategy from scratch for a manufacturer: branding for three product lines, conversion website, and two campaigns with 313 qualified leads, with automatic lead capture from the form.
  • RAG based on proprietary knowledge: digital twin for estimating spare parts purchases from technical documentation and historical data.

Frequently Asked Questions

You'll know in weeks and at a fraction of the cost. The criteria are set beforehand so that "it doesn't work" is a useful response.

No. It's built using the data model and flows that the final system would have. If it's validated, it's expanded upon what's already been built.

Yes. Infrastructure you control, complete documentation, and training. No per-user licenses or dependency on us.

We do not resell licenses or charge commissions to any manufacturers. We work with open-source tools that the client can own and operate, and our recommendations are not contingent on any commercial agreement.

The initial diagnosis is a free 30-minute session. A typical proof of concept takes two to four weeks from the signing of the success criteria.
